We work to keep our rule database, reminders, and calculations accurate and current, but boards may change their rules, interpretations, or enforcement practices without advance notice. You are responsible for confirming that your education, documentation, and renewal filings satisfy your board’s current requirements.
Everything Licensy shows depends on what you enter. If a license date, completed hour, condition, insurance policy, or contact record is wrong or missing, the results will be too. Insurance details, contact logs, and share links are records you keep for your own convenience; they are not proof of coverage or of a board’s receipt of anything.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensy and its operators are not liable for disciplinary action, license suspension or revocation, denied renewal, lost income, or other damages arising from reliance on the service or from an error, delay, or omission.
